By accessing and using HyperObserve services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
HyperObserve provides infrastructure monitoring and observability services using eBPF technology. Our services include:
- Real-time system monitoring and analytics
- Performance metrics collection and visualization
- Alert management and incident response
- Data storage and retrieval services
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to breach or test our security measures
4. Data Usage and Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We only process your data to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Detailed SLA terms are available for enterprise customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
HyperObserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Your data will be available for export for 60 days after termination.
